Life in New Zealand Daily Vlog #11 - A frustrating day in the office. As you can tell by the thumbnail Benn has an issue! It was a day stuck inside doing office work today. Too cold and wet to go outside.

Frustrating day trying to book clients in to activities with no returned emails from operators. When you're trying to give a quick and efficient service to your clients but have to rely on other people to get back to you in a timely manner it grinds my gears because it makes us look bad. Phone calls will need to be made tomorrow!
